Mark and Madeline Anderson are farming in South Otago on what was a 5th-generation sheep and beef farm converted to dairy. They have been on a pathway towards lower inputs and focusing on soil health. They are 7 years into transitioning their farm of 750 cows to be milked once a day and all-grass.
