Event information

Are you curious about soil health and regenerative agriculture practices and how these relate to water quality and water resilience?

This field day is a chance to learn how good soil health positively contributes to water quality and on-farm resilience to both droughts and rain events.

The day will include presentations, a farm visit, demonstration of soil assessments and an introduction to digital resources. This will also be a great opportunity to meet with others with a shared interest in soil health and regenerative agriculture.

Speakers: Robbie Hill, Hawkes Bay farmer and Charles Merfield, an ex organic grower turned scientist and consultant specialising in agro-ecologies.
