Hosted at Craigmore Station (a 4,200ha sheep, beef and deer operation) with thanks to Forbes & Bridget Elworthy, and farm manager, David Bielski. Craigmore Station is a 23min drive from Timaru and 2.5hr drive from Christchurch.
Lunch + coffee/tea/refreshments are included both days.

Nicole is an internationally renowned soil educator, agroecologist, systems thinker, and author of "For The Love of Soil."
With a formal background in ecology, soil science, coaching and organizational learning, she has been providing agricultural consulting and extension services since 2003.
While Nicole is based in Montana, USA, her team and fellowship programs work alongside producers and organizations in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and NZ (covering an estimated 29 million acres of ranch/ farmland) to take their operations to the next level in nutrient density, profitability and environmental outcomes.
