Having clear goals creates clarity and confidence in your actions and decisions, especially when going through periods of significant change.
Setting clear goals
We have designed a simple Goal Setting Framework which you can download below. It is organised into four broad categories to help you focus your thinking - feel free to add or change the categories to suit your context and/or priorities.
Tip: If you feel stuck or strike a blank in any section, just move on and come back to it later. Many people will iterate these over a number of days/weeks/months…

Indentifying your resources
A useful addition to setting goals is identifying the resources that you have; e.g. soil, water, equipment, finances, skill sets, relationships, knowledge etc.
Goals and resources underpin each farmers unique context - a term often used within the Quorum Sense network.
We have adapted a simple Resource Identification Framework which you can download and complete below.
