After beginning his career in the IT industry at 30 Stephen decided to pursue farming. Taking a year off, he began started exploring dry stock farms across New Zealand. Ultimately, purchasing a dairy farm near Whangarei.

Paul Candy has advocated for regenerative practices for years, having grown up with βgreenieβ parents. As an active member of Quorum Sense, Paul is involved with the Future Ready Farms Project.
